Cotswold Garden Company offer our guarantees with the confidence created by continued research, development and testing of our products. Below are British and American standards that our metal coatings have been tested to.

Warm salt spray test (500 hours exposure): (ASTM) B 117-03
UV light fastness: BS EN ISO 11341
Film thickness: BS EN ISO 2808
Adhesion test: BS EN ISO 2409
Solvent rub test for cure: BS 4842
Pencil Hardness: ASTM D3363
Humidity testing: BS 3900:F2

Cotswold Garden Company are proud of the high quality of our furniture. To ensure you experience long lasting enjoyment from your furniture we offer guarantees as follows*:

ON CAST ALUMINIUM FURNITURE:

• 5 year guarantee against rust
• 5 year guarantee against blistering, peeling, fading or discolouring of powder coating resulting from a manufacturing fault.
• 5 year guarantee against breakages resulting from a manufacturing fault.

• 5 year guarantee against fading, cracking or splitting resulting from a manufacturing fault.
• 5 year guarantee against breakages resulting from a manufacturing fault.
• Lifetime against rust on any metal part.

* Cotswold Garden Company will provide the replacement for free, if the item originally bought is discontinued the nearest item in size and value will be issued. The freight cost for any delivery may be borne by the customer depending on location. Cotswold Garden Company reserve the right to determine what is classed as a ‘manufacturing fault’. This guarantee does not extend to cast iron parasol bases. These guarantees cover normal domestic use of the furniture and do not cover commercial or public use. Colours are hand finished so may not be uniform throughout. Colours may vary slightly between items. These guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights.
